Booking policies:

20% deposit to be paid by January 31st 2022 - non-refundable

30% deposit to be paid by June 30th 2022

Balance 50% to be paid 30 days before arrival (September 17th 2022)

Cancellation policies:

If the reservation of the clients or of some of them, is cancelled within a period of less than 50 days prior to the starting date of the tour, the following costs will be charged proportionally to the account of the client from the date of cancellation:

-from 50 to 30 days before the start of tour 30 % of the total paid will be refunded

-from 29 to 15 days before the start of tour 20 % of the total paid will be refunded

-from 14 to 7 days before the start of tour - no amount will be refunded

Any cancellation must be made in writing and shall be sent preferably by email (fm@fufluns.com)

COVID -19

In case of cancellation for pandemic restrictions the deposit will be held by hotels/suppliers as credit for future trips. (the currents laws allow hotels to issue a voucher corresponding to the amount paid, and if, after 18 months from the date of confirmation it is still not possible to travel in Italy, they are obliged to refund 100%)
